Gen Z & Generational Research, Strategy, & Insights

Overview

I explore the cultural, social, and technological forces shaping Gen Z — not just as a demographic, but as a generation driving cultural change. My work combines qualitative research, trend analysis, and participatory methods to uncover deep insights into how Gen Z engages with civic life, mental health, technology, and social change.

Through projects with organizations like dcdx, For You Page, Made By Us, the Red House (Georgetown University), and the Foundation for Social Connection, I turn emerging generational patterns into actionable strategies for brands, nonprofits, and institutions aiming to connect authentically and responsibly with young people.

This work is based on the belief that understanding Gen Z isn’t about stereotypes — it’s about listening carefully, designing with empathy, and engaging with the complexity of a generation navigating an era of rapid transformation. By grounding strategy in authentic, data-driven insights about Gen Z, my work helps organizations move beyond tokenistic engagement toward building relationships and programs that resonate — and endure — across generations.
